  • 5, 60-minute and 1 30-minute live sessions, taught by Founder, Amber Richards.

Week 1: Navigation - A Framework for Personal Strategic Planning

An introduction to personal strategic planning. You will learn an easy-to-apply framework designed to help you (re)discover your authentic self and create an aligned vision, and mission for your life that leverages your passion, purpose and strengths.

Weeks 2 & 3: Survival 101: Everyday skills for success in life and business. 

Learn the basic principles of surviving in any environment - including how to apply them in life and work. This essential knowledge is the key to adaptability and resilience. 

Week 4: The Lost Art of Leadership: Intro. 

Leadership is a dynamic blend of attributes - it's a practice, a discipline, a craft and an art. This course will teach the principles required to lead at any level and participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to develop/enhance their authentic leadership skillset. 

Week 5: The Lost Art of Leadership: Obstacles & Challenges

Learn how to navigate the complexities of leadership, including developing and maintaining trust, ethical challenges, conflict mitigation and resolution. 

Week 6: Class Close Out

This is the final class in the series. It will be a 30-minute class conclusion/celebration!
